| When his older brother leaves for Los Angeles to make his fortune, young Dickie McDonald rises from unpopular and unappreciated runt of the family to being the local drug kingpin and self appointed ruler of the small rural area surrounding his family farm. Running his empire with an iron fist and a keen sense for business all seems well until his brother, the old high school hero, returns to stake his claim to the throne. With lines drawn between family, friends and forces beyond their control only one contender can possibly wind up being king of their very deceptive hill.
