[Morpheus Theatre]

The mandate of Morpheus Theatre is to produce shows where anyone can join regardless of age or experience. While we realize the output of our efforts is to provide dramatic entertainment to the community at large, we produce the shows to give the volunteers a place where they can express and explore their talents.

Our 24th season (2018/2019) includes the productions:
- Unnecessary Farce by Paul Slade Smith;
- One Bad Apple: The Queen, Snow White and the Evil Red Delicious by Charlotte Nixon;
- Shakespeare in Love by Marc Norman and Tom Stoppard and adapted for the stage by Lee Hall, with music by Paddy Cunneen; and
- Princess Ida by Gilbert and Sullivan.

Performances run Wednesdays through Sundays at the Pumphouse Theatres. Tickets are available by calling 403-246-2999 or by visiting our website.

Morpheus Theatre also runs a series of affordable workshops for community members of all ages, and a G&S Junior Theatre School program for kids age 9 to 17.
