Welcome to the Calgary-ACTS Website
Calgary-ACTS, Calgary's Alliance of Community Theatres, was formed in 2000 to promote and celebrate Community Theatre activity in Calgary and Area. This is accomplished by raising awareness, fostering cooperation, encouraging diversity and sharing resources and ideas.
This website is designed to provide detailed information and links to our member companies, details on upcoming theatrical and musical events, auditions and workshops produced by community theatre groups in the Calgary Area.
We invite you to take advantage of the affordable entertainment provided by talented local performers in a wide variety of theatrical forms.
Membership Information
Calgary-ACTS membership is open to all Calgary and area theatre companies and individuals interested in the promotion and growth of Community Theatre. Members in Calgary-ACTS can participate in our joint marketing initiatives, which includes posting events and a profile on this website, the ability to have your productions adjudicated by our team of volunteer adjudicators, and invitations to our networking meetings, all for a nominal yearly membership fee.

Adjudication Team
One benefit for Members of Calgary-ACTS is the ability to receive feedback on your productions. To find out more about the Calgary-ACTS Adjudication Team, how and when to request an adjudication, and how to get involved, follow the link below.
Members may request an adjudication on the Member Tools and Updates page. Adjudications must be requested no later than September 1st for Fall productions and December 15th for Winter / Spring productions.
